The production capacity table can serve as a reference for the preliminary selection of the PYH cone crusher. The data in the table is applicable to the production capacity under the conditions of a loose density of 1.6 t/m for the feed material, screening out materials smaller than the discharge opening in the feed material, and open-circuit operation. Under the conditions of low fine particle content in the feed material and closed-circuit operation, the equipment capacity is 15%-30% higher than that under open-circuit operation. As an important component of the production circuit, the performance of the crusher depends in part on the correct selection and operation of the feeder, belt conveyor, vibrating screen, support structure, motor, transmission device, and material bin.
1. The minimum discharge opening refers to the smallest discharge opening that can be achieved without causing runout of the adjustment ring, which varies with the properties of the ore and operating conditions.
2. 'B' is the corresponding tight-side feeding port when the minimum discharge port is 'A'.
3. Depending on equipment specifications and materials, the maximum feed size ranges from 80% to 100% of 'B'.
