PEC series European jaw crusher
The PEC heavy-duty European-style jaw crusher is a domestically leading jaw crusher developed by our company through the introduction of advanced foreign technology.
The frame is welded-free, featuring an integrated tenon and mortise structure and bolt connections. The main load-bearing components are made of high-strength forged structural steel processed through quenching and tempering, which exhibits greater yield strength compared to ordinary cast steel or steel plates cut and blanked. The entire machine is of a heavy-duty structure, weighing more than similar products on the market with the same specifications.
With excellent passing ability, the V-shaped large inclination crushing chamber ensures optimal biting force, and the powerful jaw movement ensures efficient crushing force.
The movable jaw assembly is constructed with high-quality steel castings, and the corner pulley and counterweight pulley are of thickened steel casting type, providing greater mechanical strength and moment of inertia. Additionally, the forged heavy-duty eccentric shaft and four large spherical rolling bearings ensure exceptional reliability for the PEC series European-style jaw crusher. The labyrinth seal protects the bearing lubricating grease from contamination.
