WZS series (bar-type) vibrating feeder
It is suitable for uniform and continuous feeding of large pieces of material before the crusher, especially for feeding before coarse or medium crushing of metallurgical, mining, and construction stone materials.
The WZS series rod vibrating feeder is a newly developed feeding equipment by our company. The material conveying surface adopts a blind plate plus rod configuration, suitable for uniform and continuous feeding of large pieces of material before the crusher. It is particularly suitable for feeding before coarse or medium crushing of metallurgical, mining, and construction stone materials. The rod spacing is adjustable, allowing for the early separation of soil and fine materials contained in the material during feeding, thereby maximizing the crushing capacity of the crusher.
Vibration mode: Large amplitude linear vibration is adopted, featuring resistance to blockage, resistance to material adhesion, and high processing capacity.
Wear-resistant protective plates are laid at the material contact areas.
The motor is equipped with a frequency converter, which enables good control over the feeding quantity and speed, thus achieving the goal of uniform feeding.
The vibration exciter is lubricated with thin oil, which allows for more flexible startup in low-temperature environments and significantly extends the service life of the vibration exciter compared to grease lubrication.
Advantages: The overall structure is simple, easy to install, with a low failure rate, capable of starting under heavy load, and simple to maintain.
